The booking is considered confirmed when the customer provides the exact pickup and drop-off addresses, and they are responsible for it.
Booking a transfer requires the customer’s phone number and email address.
The number and ages of children must be provided before the pickup, and appropriate child seats need to be placed in the vehicle before the trip.
The number of luggage items and/or additional sports gear, such as ski equipment or golf clubs, must be specified before the trip.
II – Transfer
Passenger transportation aims to provide safe, efficient, and comfortable travel options for people via the most direct route.
The cost of each specific trip was communicated to the guest beforehand and depends on the type of vehicle and the distance between the two locations.
An extra charge will apply in case of:
Change of route/additional mileage
Waiting time in case of flight delays :
Commercial flights : 60 mins without charge
Private flights : 30 mins without charge
Waiting time will be charged as follows :
Mercedes E-Class : CHF 80.-/hr
Mercedes V-Class : CHF 100.-/hr
Mercedes S-Class : CHF 120.-/hr
III – Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Atlas Limousine. Any complaint is admissible only within 8 days of the execution of the transport service concerned. After this period, no claim will be taken into account.
Atlas Limousine offers several payment methods:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Payment in cash (CHF or Euros currency).
On invoice and payment by bank transfer.
Payment is due within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
IV – Cancellation policy
Any cancellations can be made 24h before the service time. If cancelled later than 24 hours, 50% will be charged, if cancelled less than 6 hours, the whole amount of the booking will be charged by the limousine company.
Any stops will be considered as extra services and traveling between 8pm – 7am will be charged with an additional 10% fee.
In the event of suspension of services because of strikes, labour disputes, emergency or adverse weather conditions, any refund will be entirely at our discretion.
Atlas Limousine J.Oreserves the right to cancel or rearrange any allocated dates for scheduled transfers in case of unforeseen circumstances. If not rearranged by Atlas Limousine J.O. in agreement with Customer, Atlas Limousine J.O shall provide Customer with a full refund of the relevant Fee paid by the Customer.
